Tim, our owner, began baking pies and cakes for his family when he was just 10 years old. After opening a bakery in Colorado at the age of 19, he moved back to New England where he gained experience working with local bakers. Now, Tim and his wife are dedicated to creating delicious baked goods right here in Rochester, NH.
